Will I get off the waitlist?

The Mad River Enduro sells out quickly. Although we would love to have everyone that wants to race in the event, the enduro format limits the number of racers. But, over the years, we do end up inviting many people from the waitlist for various reasons so please watch your emails.
How to transfer your registration when you have a friend in mind.

All money transfers is between the transfer parties. RCMBA will be responsible that portion of the transfer.
Have friend get on waitlist for Group/Category they want.
If you purchased a shirt, then the friend should indicate what shirt size they want when they get on the waitlist.
Email info@redwoodcoastmtb.org (or go through Webscorer) with the name of the person on the waitlist and that you are ready to make the transfer (e.g. all money has been transferred)
Once notified, RCMBA will remove you from the registration and send an invite to the friend on the waitlist with a discount code to waive the fee.
With the invitation, the friend finishes their registration. They can confirm that it was successful via the Confirmation List (links available on the Race Webpage).

We will do our best to help find someone from the waitlist and put you in contact with them. Email info@redwoodcoastmtb.org to get the process started. The closer to the event, the less likely we will be able to help or that a connection will be made.
Once a connection has been made, please follow the steps above. If we are not able to make a connection, we will follow the refund rules established on the registration page.
